What we collect

The only information this site collects is what you type into the quote form: your name, phone number, email address, the service you selected, the details you describe, and optionally your city and how you found us.

If you arrive from an ad or a campaign link, the form also records the campaign parameters in that link (such as utm_source and fbclid) and the page address you submitted from, so we know which campaign the enquiry came from.

How we use it

Submissions are sent to the lead platform operated by our marketing provider, Ninetyfifth Marketing, which notifies Uptown Mechanical Repair so we can respond. We use the information to contact you about the work you asked about. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your asking.

Anti-spam

The form includes hidden fields and timing checks used only to detect automated submissions. Your IP address is included in the notification email for the same reason.

Analytics and advertising

If advertising measurement is enabled, this site may load the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies and reports page views and form submissions to Meta. You can limit this through your browser settings and your Meta ad preferences.

Retention

Enquiries are retained in that lead platform as a record of the request. Ask us and we will delete your enquiry.
